Came in Tulum to relax and have fun, this small hotel was brilliant place for doing it. The staff were really good in the entire venue. The location was great and beautiful, not too far from Alumbra Tulum Wellness Center. The area had plenty of bars and restaurants. There was great attached restaurant with wonderful meals.

The location perfect and the best in the area of the beach residence lounge area. Really close to the different restaurants, beach clubs and restaurants that were further down the road, and the Azulik museum.

Location: the hotel was so close to a cliff over the ocean as well as all the popular restaurants & beaches. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was yummy to satisfy everyone. The free parking was nearby, excellent service.

We were blown away by our stay at Maria Del Mar Tulum. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the private beach was incredibly peaceful. The deck provided an amazing spot to watch the sunrise. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip. The restaurant had delicious food, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The location was ideal, right on the Tulum beach strip. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved good-sized and brand-new rooms and excellent food.
The hotel was stylish and fairly clean, had nice views of the ocean. We where in a hurry and didn't visit the attached restaurant for breakfast, but it seemed nice.
